Can you guarantee that I'll get the job?+

No credible career service can guarantee an employment outcome. EgoFactor helps you prepare, improve your positioning and communicate your experience more effectively, but final recruitment decisions remain entirely with the employer.

Will you write my CV for me?+

I already have an interview booked. Which service should I choose?+

The Interview Accelerator is specifically designed for this situation. Provide your CV and the job description and your preparation will be tailored around the actual position.

How are consultations conducted?+

Consultations are normally conducted remotely using Microsoft Teams.

What happens after I make payment?+

You'll receive instructions explaining what information we require. Depending on the service, this may include your CV, LinkedIn profile, target position and relevant job description. Services requiring consultation will also include instructions for arranging your appointment.

Can you help with Technical Manager interviews?+

Yes. Interview preparation can be tailored to specific food-manufacturing positions, including Technical, Quality, Engineering, Operations, NPD, Supply Chain and management/leadership roles.

Can you help senior managers?+

Yes. The service can be adapted according to seniority. For senior appointments, greater emphasis can be placed on leadership, commercial decision-making, strategy, stakeholder management and evidence of measurable impact.
